6 months after her Preservation Rhinoplasty, this lovely patient continues to heal beautifully, and we can now appreciate the refined structure that’s emerging as the swelling settles.

Rather than changing her nose, the goal was to enhance what was already there, keeping her character, her proportions, and her natural expression.

What we’re seeing now:
→ A softer and more fluid bridge that maintains her original profile
→ A tip that is gently defined without looking pinched or over-rotated
→ A more harmonious front view as the light reflection lines continue to smooth and align

Preservation techniques allow us to reshape while maintaining the deep structural support of the nose, which often leads to results that age gracefully and remain stable over time.

Another gorgeous Preservation Rhinoplasty (preformed using the Ultrasonic Piezo) 🤩

Our goals in this case were to improve the overall appearance of her nose, while preserving her facial proportions.

3 months post Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty for my wonderful patient 👃✨

In this ethnic rhinoplasty case, our goal was subtle, graceful refinement — especially from the profile view.

→ Softened the dorsal hump to create a smooth, elegant L-shaped profile
→ Enhanced the nasal tip by increasingly its rotation and gently tucking the columella

She’s still early in her healing, and swelling will continue to settle over the next few months.

1 month post Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty for my beautiful patient 👃✨

The goals in this ethnic rhinoplasty case were to reducing the dorsal hump to subtly create a swoop, and adjusting the drooping nasal tip by increasing its rotation. We also narrowed her wide nasal bones on frontal view.

Although we’re still in the early stages and she’s experiencing some swelling and light bruising, her results look phenomenal so far! 💕

Dans ce cas de rhinoplastie ethnique, les objectifs étaient de réduire la bosse nasale pour créer une légère courbe tout en subtilité, et de corriger la pointe tombante en augmentant sa rotation. La largeur de ses os nasaux a également été rétrécit sur la vue frontale.

Même si nous sommes encore aux tout premiers stades de guérison, avec un peu d’enflure et quelques ecchymoses légères, ses résultats sont déjà superbes! 💕

A beautiful, natural progression for this lovely patient who underwent Preservation Rhinoplasty – also done using the Ultrasonic Piezo. At this stage, much of the swelling has resolved, and we can truly appreciate the harmony in her result.

The goal from the beginning was subtle refinement, not transformation:
✨ A smoother nasal bridge that maintains her original profile
✨ A more defined and balanced tip, while preserving her unique character
✨ Improved front-view alignment with softer, more symmetric light reflection lines

One of the advantages of a preservation approach is that it maintains the natural support of the nose, which can contribute to long-lasting, stable results. As she continues to heal, we expect even more definition, especially along the tip and bridge.

Une évolution naturelle et harmonieuse pour cette merveilleuse patiente ayant bénéficié d’une rhinoplastie préservation – réalisée également avec la technologie ultrasonique Piezo. À ce stade, une grande partie de l’enflure s’est résorbée, ce qui nous permet d’apprécier pleinement l’équilibre de son résultat.

Dès le départ, l’objectif était une raffinement subtil, et non une transformation :

My gorgeous patient just 1 month post Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty 😍

The goal in this ethnic rhinoplasty case was to give her, her nose but better ✨

For her this meant, bringing down the dorsal hump to give her the slightest hint of a swoop, and tweaking the drooping nasal tip by increasing the rotation.

While we are still in the early stages and she is still experiencing some swelling and some light bruising, her result looks phenomenal 💕

Just 6 weeks post-op for my wonderful patient who underwent an Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty 👃✨

The main goals in this case were to:
→ Smooth the nasal bridge to create a softer, more elegant contour
→ Refine the droopy nasal tip by tucking in the columella, increasing tip rotation, and bringing down the nostril rim
→ Straighten the nose from the front view as much as possible

Even at this early stage, her result already shows a balanced, natural transformation – refined without changing her character 💕

Seulement 6 semaines post-op pour ma merveilleuse patiente qui a subi une rhinoplastie ultrasonique 👃✨

Les principaux objectifs de cette chirurgie étaient :
→ Lisser l’arête nasale pour créer un contour plus doux et élégant

A gorgeous 1 month reveal for my patient who underwent an Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty 👃✨

The main goals in this case were to deproject and refine the nasal tip. The nasal tip was refined by:
→ Tucking in the hanging columella
→ Bringing down the alar rim to reduce nostril show
→ Increasing tip rotation
→ Improving tip support

While it is still quite early on, we are both so pleased with her result so far 💕

Les objectifs principaux de ce cas étaient de déprojeter et de raffiner la pointe du nez. Pour y parvenir, nous avons :
→ Raccourci la columelle pendante
→ Descendu le rebord alaire pour diminuer la visibilité des narines
→ Augmenté la rotation de la pointe
→ Amélioré le support de la pointe

Just 3 weeks post Deep Plane Necklift for the beautiful and talented Marie-Chantal Milette

Our goal was to refine the jawline, neck and profile while keeping everything natural and in harmony with her features.

→ Repaired and reattached the platysma muscles
→ Trimmed excess digastric muscle and reduced the submandibular glands through a small incision under the chin
→ Elevated the skin and muscle through small incisions hidden around the earlobe

What you can notice even at 3 weeks post-op:
→ Sharper jawline contour
→ Improved jowls
→ Defined cervicomental (neck–chin) angle

She also underwent a non-surgical (liquid) rhinoplasty by .alamaisonmd 2 months which softened her nasal bridge and tip – a perfect complement to the neck and jawline work.

Just 1 month post Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty and already such a beautiful start 💫

This patient requested an ultra-natural result without any tip lift. The goal was to refine and balance her profile while preserving her natural facial character.

We refined and slightly elevated the nasal tip to correct the droopiness, creating a smoother and more harmonious contour. While she’s still swollen at this stage, the early result already reflects a soft and balanced transformation.

When planning a rhinoplasty, it’s never just about the nose; it’s about creating harmony with the entire face. The best result is one that looks like it could have been there all along.

Seulement 1 mois après sa rhinoplastie ultrasonique et déjà un très beau début 💫

Cette patiente souhaitait un résultat ultra naturel, sans remontée de la pointe. L’objectif était d’harmoniser son profil tout en préservant le caractère de son visage.

Nous avons corrigé la pointe tombante et adouci les lignes du nez afin d’obtenir une apparence plus équilibrée et naturelle. Bien qu’il y ait encore du gonflement à ce stade, on voit déjà un joli raffinement.

Lors d’une rhinoplastie, il ne s’agit pas uniquement du nez, mais de l’ensemble du visage. Le plus beau résultat est celui qui semble avoir toujours fait partie de vous.
