Swedish Relaxation Massage:
Using long flowing movements, specific techniques, and oil, you will receive full body relaxation. This is the best massage to receive if you have:
1 - Never had a massage before
2 - Looking for something general and non specific
3 - Have chronic, circulatory or metabolic conditions (ie: heart disease or diabetes)

Why? For those who have never had a massage before, this style is not as deep as other styles. Gives you an opportunity to have your whole body assessed for tension and relaxed at the same time. Deep Tissue Massage
Need more than relaxation? Op for a deep tissue massage that will heal, correct and relax! Some of the same strokes are used in Swedish massage, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
