We have a new addition to Orchard Wellness!

Meet Ruby 🐾

I am a 7 month old Great Pyrenees/ Lab mix. I am 70 lbs already 😳… but I am a gentle giant. You may see me around the clinic or in the yard but it will be sometime and formal training before I will be a regular at the clinic. My mom thinks with my calm demeanour I will be a great addition to support clients anxiety. Service dog is definitely in my future!

My house smells amazing this morning!!

Reid and I made banana oatmeal muffins and beef bone broth 🍖🍪

The two building blocks of health is nutrition and movement and both have a significant impact on your overall health and yes that even means your feet 👣
I have been pretty consistent with movement but am trying to improve my nutrition.
Two ways I am accomplishing this is encouraging Reid to help (which is also fun and education for him)
And …. MEAL PREPPING! This helps me have nutritional meals in the fridge that I can grab when life gets busy or I am lacking in motivation.
