JD Physiotherapy, PC is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has a flexible schedule, enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment, and is eager to contribute to exceptional patient care.

🕒 Position Details:

Part-time hours with a consistent weekly schedule of 5-10 hours per week

Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods, staff vacation coverage, and sick time

Competitive compensation based on experience

Supportive, team-focused work environment

📍 Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Managing phone and email inquiries

Handling billing, payments, and insurance submissions

Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks as needed

Ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience

🧩 Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Ability to multitask and adapt in a clinical setting

Comfortable working with scheduling or EMR software (experience an asset, but training provided)

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Previous administrative or medical office experience is an asset but not required
