I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been nominated as a Woman of Influence for the Community Impact Award.
This recognition means so much, not just because of the title, but because it reflects something I care deeply about: showing up, giving back, and creating meaningful impact in the community I love.
From hosting and supporting local events, to building spaces where women feel empowered, connected, and seen, to blending leadership, wellness, and service into everything I do, this work has never been about recognition. It’s always been about impact.
But moments like this remind me that the ripple effect matters. The conversations, the collaborations, the small acts of leadership, they add up.
I’m so grateful to be surrounded by an incredible community here in Fredericton and beyond. The women, leaders, and organizations I get to work alongside continue to inspire me daily.
Thank you to whoever took the time to nominate me, you’ve truly made my day (and my year).

Growing up in my house I would take electronics away on Sundays . This quickly turned into our Sunday Runday tradition. We would run in the morning then head out for swimming lessons in the afternoons. She completed her swimming lessons a while ago and now still chooses to run with me on Sundays as we prepare for our first rece together this Mother's Day. Proud mama moment as this is a choice and not forces training! STRONG HABITS built young 💪
