Here’s what a day of real balanced eating looks like for me:

🄣 Breakfast (either oatmeal with 1 egg, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, plant milk, and raw honey, with fresh berries or overnight oats)
šŸ„— Lunch (quinoa salad or green salad with chicken, or a sandwich on sourdough bread)
šŸ« Treat (dark chocolate)
šŸ½ļø Dinner (usually a stir fry with lots of vegetables and a protein, with either rice or GF Raman noodles)
I eat what makes me feel good.
🧠 No shame. No rules. Just variety, color, and flexibility.
