We have new office hours!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays 9:15- 12 and 1:30 - 4
Closed on Fridays except for the ones with scheduled appointments with Nurse Kim in the mornings or the Fridays that NP Katie works. There will be no doctor in the office therefore we ask if it is an emergency on Fridays to go to your nearest emergency room or call 911. We also ask for you not to leave messages since no messages will be heard until Monday.

Happy 2025! With this year starting, changes have started as well. We will be moving and we are hoping to be all set up at our new location by the first of March. For those who were patients before we moved to 20 Brayson Blvd, we will be back at our old location on 66 Broad Road, first floor.

There is a couple new people we would like to welcome to our team and a couple that will sadly be leaving us. Social Worker Victoria will be leaving us this month and NP Tania will be leaving us at the end of February. They both will be greatly missed !
Welcome NP Katie, she will be working with us 1 to 2 days a week. With NP Katie we will be able to accommodate you all better
Plus welcome Kim H, as a part time admin. To spice things up, we now have two Kim's. To prevent some confusion, lets refer Kim the nurse as Nurse Kim. Kim H will be working out front, answering phones, etc. during 3 days a week. For those wondering if Deanna is retiring, she is not, she will be working 3 days a week as well.

Flu vaccines are in, we are having a flu clinic on Oct. 25 between 5 and 7 pm, if you wish to have your flu vaccine, please call the office or email us at dr.naomiwhite@gmail.com and I will give you a time.

When leaving a message,

Due to the amount of phone messages that are left per day, you may not always get a phone call back that same day. Some messages have to be discussed among the nurse or Dr. White. If you do not get a call back after 48 HOURS, please call
the office back, it may be due to a poor connection, and I was unable to make out your phone message.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Please check with your pharmacy first to see if you actually need a refill.
When you call for a refill, just leave the name of your prescription, your dosage, the amount you take per day, and your pharmacy. (we do not need the prescription id number). You will only get a call back from us IF Dr White does not approve your prescription. Check with your pharmacy and they should have it there in 24 - 48 hours.

Phone information line update, we are going to try and shorten up the phone message and only put new important information on the phone line and to use this as your reference from the previous message.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:15- 12, 1:20- 4 pm
Wednesdays, I (Deanna) am off but there is normally someone covering, just leave a message and someone will get back to you, if not I will the following day.
Friday 9:15- 12, but Dr White does not work every Friday
