Pilates Based Matwork - LIVE from Movement Union

Join our 30-minute intermediate online Pilates class designed to challenge your core, improve strength, and enhance flexibility. This session combines classic Pilates exercises with flowing transitions, targeting your abs, glutes, and back while improving posture and balance.

Perfect for those with some Pilates experience, the class offers modifications to meet your needs, keeping it both accessible and engaging. All you need is a mat, and you’re ready to feel stronger from the comfort of your home!
