*Medi-Spa Manager*
Luxii Health and Medi Spa is a modern health and medi spa in the heart of the Westboro neighbourhood. We are hiring a Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of the spa operations and business development projects to increase sales revenues, improve the customer experience and ensure the spa runs smoothly.
The day to day responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations of spa and staff and delegating responsibilities and projects to department leads.
Taking full ownership for hitting sales targets, improving current systems and leading creative projects to grow the business.
Overseeing the training of the staff so that everyone knows their jobs, roles, and safety procedures.
Ensuring all duties required of nurses/technicians are completed in a timely, efficient manner. These duties are to include but are not limited to: cleanliness of their area, professional manner, as per company protocols, equipment maintenance
Organizing vendors to ensure that the spa always has what it needs to satisfy guests
Overseeing facilities and coordinating with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance as needed
Tracking and managing the budget of the spa, ensuring weekly/monthly targets are introduced and met, and coordinating daily cash-outs, deposits, petty cash, etc.
Overseeing and working on marketing campaigns for the business (this includes operating the company Instagram account; collecting content & posting regularly)
Meeting customer needs and driving customer retention through excellent service and proactively addressing client concerns; conducting client care calls and follow up to ensure we meet client satisfaction to company standards.
Conducting inventory count for retail and injectable products/services and consumables
Promoting a high-end health and medi spa atmosphere by leading the Luxii brand and growing business
Taking initiative to improve potential and existing customer experience
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
2-5 years similar management experience; health spa or medical clinic or beauty industry experience is a significant asset
Strong management and communication skills is a must
Experience managing daily operations and staff of a business, including training and scheduling
Confidence with technology & social media platforms is a must
Familiarity with marketing practices is a strong asset
A solution-focused approach to customer service and ability to self-manage
Strong administrative and customer service skills
