After a significant illness in April 2020, I had a spiritual awakening that propelled me on this new journey of healing through Reiki, yoga and meditation. I have acquired my Reiki Level 2 and plan to continue and become a Reiki Master. I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher (200 Hour) and I am currently working on my 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher training.
