Coming up with our friends at Sunshine Coast Hospice!

💚Join us on MAY 26th for a practical hands-on workshop to complete your Green Sleeve.

Ideally, you will have already attended an introductory workshop on Advanced Care Planning, and you know who you want to speak for you if you are unable to speak for yourself.

Together, we will go through all the documents in the Green Sleeve kit, completing them as we go.

Everyone is welcome, but space is limited. Please register in advance by calling 604-885-3513 or emailing acp@coasthospice.com.
