Upcoming Event: Somatic Forest Walk
When: Sunday, November 2nd, 2:00–3:30 PM ish
Where: Mer Bleue (Ottawa) — exact meet-up pin shared after RSVP
Group size: Max 8 (first come, first served)
What to expect:
A gentle, guided walk, breath, connection to one another and simple somatic practices with the grounding energy of nature. We’ll explore tuning in, noticing where we hold tension, and creating soft release through mindful motion and journaling prompts. You’ll also enjoy a little refreshing boost along the way with essential oils—used intentionally and externally to support presence and ease. Come as you are; leave a little lighter.

How to RSVP: Email to reserve your spot or comment below. Space is limited to 8, and spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can’t attend, please give 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your place to the next person on the list.
Cost: You will be receiving a lot during this session and yes this journey is free. There will however be a tip jar at the end—give what feels aligned with the value you received if you feel desired to.
Frequency: I aim to offer these walks twice a month, based on community interest. You’ll be kept in the loop here with dates and sign-ups.
Accessibility & weather: We move at a relaxed, conversational pace and go rain or shine (unless severe weather). If conditions change, I’ll email updates the morning of.
