IDEAL Wellness Centre is pleased to announce that a new physician will be joining our clinic and will be accepting new patients.
This physician has experience in geriatric medicine and has a strong passion for caring for elderly patients within the community. They are committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to support healthy aging.

IDEAL Pharmacy and Clinics are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at the St-Laurent IDEAL Clinic.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
• Managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
• Handling patient records and maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting the clinic team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
• Previous experience in an administrative or medical office role is an asset, Experience with OSCAR EMR software.
• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred

Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule (details to be discussed during the interview)
