💻 Desk job? These 6 exercises are your body’s best friends!

Sitting all day can cause tight hips, sore backs, and stiff shoulders but these moves can help:

🍑 Bridge
Targets your glutes and core to relieve pressure from long sitting.
👉 Do 10–12 reps, 2–3 sets.

🦵 Clamshell
Strengthens your hip stabilizers and reduces low back strain.
👉 Do 10–15 reps per side, 2 sets.

🧘 Hamstring Stretch
Releases the back of your thighs to ease low back tension.
👉 Hold for 30 seconds each leg, repeat 2x.

💆‍♂️ Trapezius Stretch
Relieves neck & upper shoulder tension from hunching.
👉 Hold for 20–30 seconds per side.

💤 Levator Scap Stretch
Perfect for loosening up your neck after screen time.
👉 Tilt your head down diagonally and hold for 30 seconds.

💪 Rowing (Resistance Band or Machine)
Strengthens postural muscles to combat slouching.
👉 Do 10–12 reps, 2–3 sets, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades.

💥 Small daily movements = big long-term results.

✅ Cow – gently mobilizes your spine and warms up your back

✅ Child’s Pose – opens up the hips and releases tension in the lower back
