If I had to pick four exercises I’d never skip for my own training, these are the winners:

1️⃣ Sumo Squats 👐 Perfect for hip mobility! The wider stance hits the glutes and inner thighs while taking the heavy pressure off your knees.

2️⃣ Forward Lunges 🏃‍♂️ Your secret weapon for knee health. These teach your body how to absorb shock and stay aligned when you’re running or walking.

3️⃣ Hip Thrusts 🏋️‍♀️ The best way to power up your hips. These take the "overload" off your lower back and are a must if you sit at a desk all day.

4️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats 🦵 The ultimate test of balance! These build incredible hip stability and make climbing stairs or hiking feel like a breeze.
