Not long before this photo was taken, I I secretly tried to end my life.
I told no one until years later, and suffered in silence for years leading up to this before I got help.
To make the beginning of , I encourage and plead for everyone to speak up, speak out, listen and talk.
There is so much in life waiting for you, and while the thoughts may never completely go away; know that you are loved, you have value, and the world is better with you in it.
You don’t need to tell everyone, but you need to tell someone. ❤️
