This patient wanted to address visible neck aging, skin laxity, and a softer jawline.

The goal wasn’t to change his overall appearance, it was to create a smoother neck contour, restore definition along the jawline, and keep the result looking natural.

A neck lift can make a major difference in the lower face and neck while still maintaining a refreshed, masculine appearance.
