If getting in shape was easy, then everybody would be in shape.

However, it’s actually pretty simple…

All you have to do are 2 things:

1. Stick to your diet 80% of the time.

2. Work out 3-5 times per week.

If you do this, you will get and stay in shape!

The bad news is that life will try to get in your way.

Work.

Family.

Friends.

Etc…

You have to stay strong, put in the work and eventually the results will come.

I promise it will be worth it!

Morning routine to crush your day:

1. Wake up as soon as the alarm sounds (if you snooze, you are telling yourself a few minutes of sleep is more important than your goals)

2. Drink a large glass of water to rehydrate the body

3. Exercise first thing even if it’s just for 10 minutes to get your body started

Win the morning, then win the day.

All you have to do is take action.

Focus on your goals, avoid distractions and put in the work.

Your dream body is already achieved, it’s just a matter of time to catch up!

How do you get through the hard times?

By having something that keeps you going no matter how hard it gets.

Losing 10 pounds is not enough!

What’s your TRUE motivation?

Is it to be a role model for your kids?

Is it to prove to yourself you can do it?

Is it to prove someone wrong?

No matter what your motivation is.

Find something that keeps you going through the toughest times.

And never ever give up.

Wow…

Feeling super proud right now.

It’s great seeing all of you guys working towards their goals.

One step at a time.

No matter how many tips, tricks, hacks, strategies, etc… you see online.

The only way to achieve your fitness goals is:

1. Set your goal

2. Move one step closer every day

How do you do it?

By making the right small choices daily.

- Eating the healthy meal over the unhealthy meal

- Doing the extra 3,000 steps you need to hit 10,000.

That’s really it.

Consistent daily actions = huge results

How to recover from a cheat meal…

We’ve had our cheat meal, which probably turned into a cheat day and now it's time to get back on track.

Step 1: Move on. It’s done. Let’s go

Step 2: Drink 3 Liters of water minimum.

Step 3: Get your protein in. Match lbs to grams.

Step 4: Move. Hit 10,000 steps today

Step 5: Meal prep for the next 3 days.

Falling off 1 day doesn’t account for all the hard work you’ve put in so far.

The steps are easy.
