If getting in shape was easy, then everybody would be in shape.
However, it’s actually pretty simple…
All you have to do are 2 things:
1. Stick to your diet 80% of the time.
2. Work out 3-5 times per week.
If you do this, you will get and stay in shape!
The bad news is that life will try to get in your way.
Work.
Family.
Friends.
Etc…
You have to stay strong, put in the work and eventually the results will come.
I promise it will be worth it!
