The Sandwich Method to get motivated

Here’s how it works…

You do something that you truly enjoy and requires no effort before your workout.

Example:

Eating your favorite food as pre-workout.

Drinking a cup of coffee.

Reading a book.

Watching a video on YouTube.

ANYTHING that is easy to do and you enjoy.

Then you use it to get motivated to work out.

After working out you treat yourself again with something that requires no effort.

Example:

Eating a delicious meal.

Taking a hot shower.

Spending time with your kids.

Again, ANYTHING that requires no effort and you enjoy.

This will help you get motivated to workout and stay consistent!
