Self-care is a vital practice that involves taking deliberate actions to promote one’s mental, emotional, and physical, well-being.

Remember, self-care is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about finding what works best for you and incorporating it into your routine.

This we’re continuing to advocate for youth in rural Ottawa who are navigating mental health challenges, often without nearby support.

Mental health doesn’t stop at city limits. Rural youth deserve the same access to care, connection, and understanding. Today, we remind each other: You’re not alone. Your voice matters. And help is within reach.

Let’s keep building communities that listen, uplift, and heal, no matter the distance.

September 30th is National Truth & Reconciliation Day 🧡

We wear orange to remember, honour, and show respect to every child who didn't come home, every survivor of the residential schools and their families and communities.

Today, we learn, listen, and honour the truths of Indigenous survivors and communities.
