🩷💪🏾 What to Expect From Group Fitness Classes
1. Learn As You Train 📝
You’ll learn what each exercise targets and how to improve your form over time.
2. Demonstration 🏋🏾♀️
Every workout is written out on a board and demonstrated as often as possible, so you always know what you’re doing.
3. Accountability 👏🏾
You get to meet like minded people and push eachother!
4. Challenge 😤
You’ll do movements you probably wouldn’t be comfortable trying on your own, things like rollouts, chin-ups, push-ups, deadlifts, all of it.
5. Progression 📈
Each week builds on the last. You’ll lift heavier, move with better form, and feel stronger.
6. Proper Recovery 🧘🏾♀️
Everyone gets a post workout stretch routine provided in the app and nutrition tips to help you recover and prevent injuries.
7. Form Check ✅
You’ll learn proper technique to target the right muscle group and avoid injuries.

You’ll see results, not just physically, but your overall energy and confidence will boost!
9. Mindset 💭
You’ll learn quickly that showing up is the hardest part.
