Extend Pharmacy - Ottawa's Cancer Pharmacy is excited to be participating in the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 2025 Light the Night event! We invite you to join our team or your local event or make a donation to this great cause to support families affected by blood cancers! Our professional, clinical and dispensing services are designed to meet best practice recommendations for patients receiving take-home cancer drugs in our community. Our goal is to reduce the barriers and challenges associated with taking cancer medications and promote safe and successful cancer treatments for our patients and their loved ones.
We welcome referrals from our oncologist & hematologist colleagues and self-scheduling of appointments from patients or their loved ones who wish to receive Extended Cancer Care services in the Ottawa region.
