So it’s a bit of a cry-laugh - we want to work our tails off but also realize ‘‘tis the season to sloooow down. 😌

👋 Meet Monika! You can book with her Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays starting July 7!

✏️ In 2018, Monika graduated from the Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies in Toronto. She has practiced massage therapy the world over - including Lithuania and Ireland!

Monika has experience treating hockey and football players, MVA’s, individuals with postural issues, pre-natal women and more! Her treatments can include deep tissue massage, stretching and joint mobilization, cupping and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).

The care and compassion Monika brings to each individual treatment is clear. Her treatment plans will always be specific to your body’s unique needs.
