As a registered social worker and psychotherapist with Integrated Wellness, I work with individuals age 16+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, or disordered eating. I also see people who want to improve their overall emotional wellbeing. I take an integrative approach to therapy with a strong focus on emotion.
