May is mental health awareness month. And maternal mental health matters more than we often express.

It isn’t selfish to care for it.
It’s deeply important.
Because the way a mother feels touches everything
how she shows up, how she connects, how she copes.
When we care for her mind, we care for her children too.
Her healing becomes their foundation.
Her peace becomes their comfort.

By listening without trying to fix.
