The Heartfulness (Sahaj Marg) approach offers a simple remedy:
morning meditation that centers us before we engage with the world;
evening cleaning that releases the impressions accumulated through the day’s interactions; and
bedtime prayer that gently re orients the heart toward its Source. These practices create a vertical axis, and from this axis, our horizontal connections begin to transform.
The deeper we go within ourselves, the closer we come to others. On the surface, there is only a crowd; in the depths, we discover our true self.
