OVERFILLED FACES- when to dissolve?

Lately, I have been seeing many new clients that are asking to dissolve their overfilled faces. They have been injected with hyaluronic acid filler multiple times, creating an “overfilled face” effect. Puffiness, exaggerated features (lips, cheeks, chin) that can look unnatural can be resolved with “hyaluronidase” the dissolving agent for HA fillers.
I use my ultrasound device to mark the areas to be dissolved.
After the injection of hyaluronidase, there is swelling of the area for about 2 hours. I use a cannula to minimize bruising and pain. The effect is immediate (after swelling goes down).
