This week is Contact Lens Health Week! 👁️ You only get one pair of eyes, so let’s keep them healthy. Healthy contact lens habits today = happy eyes tomorrow. Here are our top tips:

✔️ Your eyes need a break too! Don’t forget to keep your backup pair of glasses with you.
✔️ Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling your lenses, it’s your first line of defense against germs.
✔️ Dry your hands completely with a clean cloth. Lenses stick to the wettest surface, and you want that to be your eye, not your fingers.
✔️ If you need to set a lens down, always place it back in the case with fresh solution.
✔️ Never sleep in your contacts.
✔️ Remove them before swimming or showering to avoid germ exposure.
✔️ Never mix old and new solution in your case.
