Did you know that eating turkey can trigger a painful gout flare-up in your feet? Gout is a type of arthritis caused by a buildup of uric acid, leading to inflammation and intense pain—especially in the big toe! 😣

If you're feeling the post-turkey pain, here are some tips to reduce inflammation:

✅Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush out excess uric acid.
✅ Rest and Elevate: Give your feet a break and keep them elevated to reduce swelling.
✅ Cold Compress: Apply a cold pack to the affected area to ease pain and inflammation.
✅ Limit Rich Foods: Avoid purine-rich foods (like red meat, seafood, and yes, turkey) to help prevent future flare-ups.
