Necessary Sweat is a movement-led gathering designed to reconnect you to yourself and to others through presence, breath, and intentional effort.
Vol. 001 invites you into a fast paced Pilates-inspired class followed by a gentle Restorative Yoga practice. We’ll move, sweat, and slow down.
Come solo or with someone you love. No pressure. No performance. Just movement, nourishment, and connection.
