Faites le bilan de vos dettes et déterminez quelle portion de votre revenu vous souhaitez consacrer à leur remboursement. S’il vous reste de l’argent une fois toutes vos dépenses mensuelles payées, envisagez d’établir des cotisations automatiques pour faire fructifier votre épargne. En commençant à épargner et à investir tôt, vous acquerrez plus facilement de bonnes habitudes financières.

This , consider taking a moment to check in on your finances. Developing good financial habits at this stage of your career can help you set yourself up for success in the future.

Take stock of outstanding debts you may have and determine how much of your income you want to set aside for debt repayment. If you have any money left over after monthly expenses, explore setting up pre-authorized contributions with the money you have left to help your savings grow. Le CELIAPP est un compte qui permet aux acheteurs admissibles d’une première propriété d’épargner pour la mise de fonds. On peut y verser jusqu’à 40 000 $ au total, et le rendement composé généré par les placements est libre d’impôt. L’épargne accumulée dans le CELIAPP peut être combinée à celle d’autres comptes, comme le CELI, pour augmenter la mise de fonds.

Le CELIAPP offre aussi des avantages fiscaux intéressants. Vos cotisations sont déductibles d’impôt, ce qui réduit votre revenu imposable de l’année. De plus, vous ne payez pas d’impôt sur les fonds que vous retirez du CELIAPP pour l’achat d’une propriété.

The FHSA is a unique account that eligible first-time homebuyers can use to save for a down payment. While you can contribute up to $40,000 to the account, all investment interest and compound growth within an FHSA are tax-free. These savings can be combined with those in other accounts like your TFSA to build a sizable down payment.
