Mama Bali.
How do you explain a place that feels like prayer?

Divinely beautiful.
The sacred woven into the ordinary.
Ritual. Water. Fire. Incense.
Magical chaos that somehow births the deepest peace.

Returning to sadhana.
Returning to devotion.

Inspired.
Nourished.
Deeply held.

To the beautiful souls who shared this liminal space with me — thank you. 🤍

Burn the map
You weren’t made
for straight lines
you were made for wild adventures
that bring you home
May you get lost
in the middle
to find yourself
Where the wound reveals wonder
and the broken becomes the beauty 🤍

This June, and I will be returning to Canada to share something very special with you.

This is so much more than regular classes.
It’s an opportunity to slow down, soften, and go deep — into your practice, your body, your breath, and your inner world.

We’ve intentionally created a space where you can move, rest, reflect, and reconnect alongside a circle of beautiful souls.
A place to be held, supported, and seen.
A place for collective healing, presence, and meaningful connection.

If you’ve been craving depth, nervous system nourishment, and time away from the noise…
this is your invitation to pause 🤍

I want to share with you something that I’ve been holding close for some time. November, I will be taking a step away and embarking on a year-long sabbatical devoted to study, exploration, nourishing my spirit, and dreaming into new possibilities.

When I first came back to Ottawa nearly a decade ago, I could never have imagined how deeply the yoga community here would open its arms to me. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported in ways that touched me to my core.
From studio classes to special gatherings, trainings, retreats, and countless shared breaths, this community has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

And yet still, my heart is whispering that it’s time.
✨Time for change.
Time for discomfort.
✨Time to challenge the limitations of my mind, to create, rebuild, and grow.

Am I scared? Absolutely.
It feels irrational to step away from something I love so deeply. The voice of fear can be overpowering and can easily stop you in your tracks. And yet, beneath it all, there is a quiet, steady knowing. A voice that trusts I am being guided beyond the noise, beyond the identities we cling to, and into a wider space of possibility.

Will I still be teaching yoga? Absolutely.
Sharing this practice the thread that weaves through my life. It is how I connect, serve, and make sense of this beautiful world. What will change is the pace. Rather than rushing from studio to studio, I’ll be focusing on intentional, heart-centered offerings that are created from a place of purpose and sustainability.

I will still be hosting retreats, trainings, and online spaces that allow us to stay connected, no matter where life takes us.

This is not goodbye. This is a sacred pause — an honouring of life’s natural cycles, a step into mystery, and a chance to refill my own soul-cup so I can continue to share from a place of vitality and inspiration.

Thank you for walking this path with me, for your love, your presence, and support.

Here’s to new chapters and new beginnings 🌿

There is something profoundly transformative about stepping away from the familiar. When we travel, we open ourselves to new landscapes, new cultures, and new ways of seeing the world. When we retreat, we step inward and create the space to reconnect with our breath, our body, and our deepest truths.

Together, travel and retreat become a powerful alchemy. We leave behind the rush of daily life and return with clarity, energy, and a renewed sense of purpose. A retreat is not just a holiday—it is a sacred pause, a chance to come home to yourself.

Today I turn 36…
And if I could sit beside every younger version of me, this is what I would whisper:

✨ Don’t take life too seriously, sweet one.
✨ Laugh loud, cry when you need, and dance like nobody is watching.
✨ It’s never too late to begin again.
✨ Say “I love you” often and mean it every time.
✨ You’ll never be too much for the right people.
✨ Fear and courage can walk hand in hand …keep going anyway.
✨ Be kind, always.
✨ Stay humble.
✨ Release the timelines. Trust the timing.

And remember:
The best is still to come. 🤍

Thank you to all the incredible souls who made this past year’s memories so special. I have a feeling this next trip around the sun will be a little different… and I can’t wait to let the magic unfold ☀️💫
