WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: Spring into Gardening—Safely!
The sun is out, the flowers are blooming, and your garden is calling!
But before you dig in… let’s talk proper gardening form to protect your back, knees, and posture:

Spring Gardening Tips for a Healthier You:
1. Warm Up First – A quick walk or gentle stretches can help prep your muscles.
2. Lift with Your Legs – Not your back! Bend your knees and keep your back straight.
3. Take Breaks – Don’t power through. Stretch every 30 minutes.
4. Use Tools with Long Handles – They reduce strain on your back and shoulders.
5. Kneel, Don’t Hunch – Use a knee pad or small stool to stay supported.

Your garden should grow—not your aches and pains!
