As the energy of the Cancer Full Supermoon continues to gently integrate, my heart feels called to reflect on the sacred gathering we shared at Heavenly Palace.

Even days later, the essence of that evening remains deeply present. The flow of energy during the session was soft yet profoundly powerful - palpable the moment we came together with a conscious intention to surrender to the divine flow. As we allowed ourselves to let go, layers of emotional weight began to dissolve, creating space for lightness, trust, and quiet inner strength.

Witnessing the senior residents open their hearts with such grace was deeply humbling.
As the energy healing and chakra activations unfolded, the space felt held, protected, and guided - almost as if the moon’s nurturing presence lingered long after it had reached its peak.

This experience reaffirmed for me that healing transcends time. The ripples of intention, presence, and compassion continue to work gently within us, long after the circle has closed.💗

I hold deep gratitude for the residents of Heavenly Palace (Home for Senior Citizens) for their openness, presence, and wisdom, and for the entire team for holding such a loving and sacred container.

Yesterday’s 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬 was one of those sessions where you can feel the energy moving, opening, softening, guiding.

The heart chakra energy flowed freely throughout our time together with the 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝐻𝑒𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙𝑠 as we gently explored some of the very real challenges children face while growing up - distractions of the mind, confusion between impulse and intuition, and the constant pull of the outer world that often drowns out the inner one.

At this tender stage of life, 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝. They need to learn how to tell the difference between illusion and reality, and how to use their power of discernment with love and clarity. This became the soul of yesterday’s session.

I engaged them in 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 as we explored a deep spiritual truth in a way children could truly feel:
💗 the heart as the light that illuminates the path,
💗 the logical mind as the compass that keeps us on track,
💗 and awareness as the wisdom that comes alive when both work in harmony.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫.

What touched me the most was the openness and honesty of the children. 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑎𝑠 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑓𝑒𝑙𝑡, 𝑏𝑟𝑎𝑣𝑒, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑖𝑠𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑦𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑠. 𝑊𝑒 𝑠𝑝𝑜𝑘𝑒 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑐𝑠 - 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑏𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑟𝑢𝑙𝑒𝑠 - 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑡𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑡 𝑢𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑦, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑙𝑦 𝑔𝑢𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑢𝑠 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡. These moments of reflection and sharing are where true learning happens.

We were also blessed by the presence and wisdom of Shri Anil K. Monga ji, Chairman of DBC Trust, who beautifully explained the concept of our seven subtle bodies and how we journey through them to experience bliss. He lovingly emphasized the importance of nourishing the physical body with timely, nutritious meals - reminding the children that a strong body supports big dreams and soulful aspirations.

May these angels continue to shine, discern, and walk their paths with light.💗💫🙏🏼

Every once in a while, a session unfolds in a way where you can feel the presence of something higher - guiding every word, every breath, every child, every heart in the room. Today was one of those days. Today’s Mindful Moments with Angels felt divinely guided.

We explored the two paths of life - comfort vs. growth - and the children of Heavely Angels understood that true transformation begins the moment we choose courage over convenience.

I gently reminded the cildren about the importance of aligning the logical mind, heart mind and gut mind, so thoughts, emotions, and intuition can move together with clarity and purpose.

We also discussed the importance of grounding practices - to synchronize mind, body, and soul… to feel our emotions fully, understand their grip on us, and then gently release what no longer serves our growth. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel.

I am deeply grateful for the Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri. Anil K. Monga ji, who supports these sessions wholeheartedly and shares his wisdom with such sincerity. Today, he touched upon the traits of a good leader, reminding children to build habits not excuses and to express themselves without fear of “What will people think of me?”

And as we closed the session, these words became the essence of the lesson:
Fear holds us still.
Courage moves us forward.
Learning transforms us.

Some sessions stay on the surface… and then there are sessions like this - where the energy goes deeper, the hearts open wider, and the messages channeled arrive with a tenderness that touches everyone in the room.

Last night’s Full Moon session at Heavenly Palace felt like stepping into a portal of wisdom, reflection, and soul energy.

Some sessions touch the surface… but there are nights - like this one. when the messages channeled go deeper, when you can feel something shifting in the room, when even silence begins to speak.

Under the Gemini Full Moon’s light, the senior residents opened their hearts, shared authentically, released emotions they had held for decades, and received the guidance their souls were ready for.

It felt as though the moon itself was holding the space - illuminating clarity, reminding each person that their inner light is still powerful, still present, still deeply needed.

This gathering reaffirmed that healing is ageless, connection is timeless, and every soul - at every stage of life - longs to be seen, heard, and held with love.
