Today my heart is full. We had the most beautiful and interactive 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬 session with the children of Heavenly Angels, and watching their curious hands rise with questions was pure magic.

One of the most touching moments was opening the letters they wrote to themselves back in December 2024 - notes about what they wished to release, habits they wanted to transform, and the new energies they hoped to welcome. As we reflected together, a young girl’s tears rolled down her cheeks… tears of accomplishment, healing, and an honest acknowledgement of her ongoing journey of self-discovery. ❤️

There was laughter, joy, silence, introspection - and the gentle flow of Reiki energy weaving through the room as the session unfolded.
And it made me ask myself…

There was such softness and clarity in his voice when he reminded the children that 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑎 𝑑𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑏𝑖𝑛
- encouraging them to release negative thoughts and make space for positive seeds to grow.

How many of us feel that life’s highs and lows can dim our inner light? When others criticize, project anger, or withhold empathy, it’s easy to believe our spark is fading. But just like a star that only seems to flicker behind clouds and winds, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 - 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬.

During this Sunday’s 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬 session with Heavenly Angels, we explored this beautiful truth together. I guided the children through the 𝐇𝐨’𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, teaching them these four powerful mantras for self-love and healing:

We also learned the “𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥, 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥, 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥” 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 - a simple way to clear our energy field while stopping criticism and negative words from affecting our confidence, mood, or willpower.

These soulful practices are more than tools - they are reminders that spirituality can be gentle, practical, and easily woven into daily life. The healing 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐮𝐬 with ease and grace. My heart is so full with gratitude.

There’s a sacred moment between wakefulness and sleep - when the world grows quiet, and your soul finally has space to speak.

Most people see night as the time to rest the body, but few realize it’s also when your energy resets, rebalances, and realigns with your higher vibration.

Tonight, or whenever you find stillness, pause and breathe.
Let go of what’s heavy.
Release what’s not yours.
And allow the Divine to work through the silence.

This short night blessing is not just to end your day…

During this Sunday’s Mindful Moments with Angels session with the Heavenly Angels, I asked a simple question -
“𝐶𝑎𝑛 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑎 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑖𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑧𝑒𝑑 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒? 𝐻𝑜𝑤 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑖𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙?”

And one by one, the stories began to flow - raw, honest and filled with emotions.

Soon it became clear - 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞. It brings companions - grief, regret, sadness, betrayal, and often apologies.

As the children shared, their armor began to melt. The air in the room grew lighter. What began as confession turned into communion - 𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭.

At that divine moment, the Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri. Anil K. Monga ji, a wonderful soul and steadfast supporter of spiritual learning at all stages of life, addressed the children with a message so simple yet powerful:
“𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫. An angry mind leads us astray, onto paths lined with regret, sadness, and apologies.”

He also shared a profound truth that touched every heart - “We walk through life on two feet - 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤. When we keep our karma pure, our luck naturally follows.” His words resonated deeply.

To deepen the understanding of the children, I invited them to explore the meaning and vibration behind each day of the week - and how 𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫:

💗 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Monday) - blessed by Shiva and the Moon, teaches calmness, stillness, and reflection.
💗 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Tuesday) - guided by Hanuman ji, reminds us that true strength is love in action.
💗 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Wednesday) - whispers “𝐵𝑢𝑑ℎ 𝑘𝑎̄𝑚 𝑠ℎ𝑢𝑑ℎ” - choosing clarity over chaos.
💗 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Thursday) - expands our wisdom through patience and grace.
💗 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Friday) - vibrates with gratitude, “𝑆ℎ𝑢𝑘𝑟 ℎ𝑎𝑖, 𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑚𝑎.”
💗 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Saturday) - reminds us that anger invites Shani’s lessons, teaching humility and karmic balance.
💗 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐫 (Sunday) - reminds us that we too carry both heat and light within just like the Sun - and when we choose to shine our light, we become co-creators with the Divine.

By the end of the session, the energy in the room had shifted - the children’s hearts felt lighter, their faces calmer, their awareness deeper. They had gained another precious gem in their spiritual treasure chest - the art of transforming anger into wisdom.

As for me, my heart is overflowing with gratitude - for the healing energy that flowed through the space, for the Divine messages that continue to flow through me with such ease and grace, and for the souls who nurture and support spiritual education in such sacred ways.❤️💫🙏🏼

Today, during the full moon session with the cherished residents of Heavenly Palace, we all felt that power ripple through every heart, every breath, every moment of stillness.

As I surrendered to the Divine energy guiding our circle, I allowed my inner wisdom to lead - weaving Reiki, reflection, and the sacred lunar energy into a beautiful dance of transformation.

This moon is about 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - absorbing the spiritual lessons of this year of number 9, 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 into the truth of our sacredness, and remembering that 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 is not found outside of us, but within - in the stillness of our breath and the light of our being.
