The powerful Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Meditation and Energy Healing session with the senior residents of Heavenly Palace - Senior Citizen Home unfolded in the most beautiful and organic way. I had the honor of sharing three themes with the residents - reflection without regret, simplifying the heart, and trusting divine timing.

I spoke about how during an eclipse, the moon’s light is only dimmed for a short while… never destroyed. And just like that, there are moments in life when our own light may feel eclipsed - by pain, loss, uncertainty, or transition - but it never truly vanishes. It is only resting… Recalibrating… Preparing to shine again…

What moved me most was their openness. The session became deeply interactive. The seniors embraced their vulnerability with such courage. They poured their hearts out, asked profound questions, and shared their spiritual experiences with sincerity and depth. The healing energy flowed through me with ease and grace - but it was their receptivity that made the gathering so powerful.

There is something incredibly humbling about witnessing decades of lived experience meet such heartfelt openness.

My deepest gratitude to each resident who showed up with trust and willingness. And a special note of appreciation to the Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri Anil K. Monga ji, who continues to grace these sessions with his presence and steadfast support. Leadership that values emotional and spiritual well-being creates ripples far beyond what we can see.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 - 𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬. If you’ve ever wondered whether mindfulness and spirituality can truly touch young lives… I witnessed the answer yesterday.

Yesterday’s 𝑀𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑀𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙𝑠, mindfulness and spiritual learning session with the children of Heavenly Angels Children Home, was lovingly designed around one core intention: ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑤𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝑜𝑓 𝑛𝑒𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠 𝑏𝑒𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑛 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓-ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑚?

We spoke openly, gently, and honestly about the mind - how thoughts can loop, how emotions can overwhelm, and how awareness is the first step toward choosing a different path.

My focus was on helping the children understand that they are not powerless against their thoughts. I explained how the 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, and that true change doesn’t happen in one moment - it happens through devotion, discipline, and self-connection.

I guided them to chant the 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 and practice the 𝐇𝐨’𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 every night, 𝟏𝟎𝟖 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟏 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, so they can experience the shift within themselves. Not as a ritual done out of fear - but as an act of self-love, grounding, and inner protection.

What added profound depth to the session was the wisdom shared by Shri. Anil K. Monga ji, the Honourable Chairman of DBC Trust. He reminded the children that 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 - 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐝, 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐲, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 required to truly succeed in life. His explanation of Rishi, Muni, Sadhu, and Sant carried a powerful yet simple message: 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑒.

By the end of the session, something had softened. You could feel it. A sense of being held - emotionally and energetically.

Today feels bittersweet…
No matter how many times you’ve done it… dropping your child back to university after a short reading week never really gets easier.

As he returns to university after being home, I am allowing myself to feel it all - the quiet house, the full heart, the tenderness of letting go… again.

I truly believe the strength of a relationship is not in holding on tightly to our loved ones, but in lovingly letting them take flight toward their dreams. It’s in supporting them the way they wish to be supported - not using love as a bond that restricts, but as wings that empower.

Closeness is not physical proximity.
Closeness is when hearts beat for one another across any distance.
When love and compassion flow naturally.

As I reflect on my journey as a mother, I feel immense gratitude. I encouraged my children to dream big… and today I watch them live those dreams. They still come back to share, to seek guidance, to pour their hearts out. That is the true blessing!

Motherhood has taught me emotional accountability - to honour my feelings so they don’t weigh them down, so they can blossom freely.

To the mothers who appear strong but feel the quiet ache when no one is watching…
Your love does not fade in the distance.
It transforms into trust, faith, and an unbreakable bond beyond presence.

We feel, we express, we release.
But when the line becomes straight, there’s no feeling left - only numbness.

We don’t want our children to stop feeling.
Because emotions mean life is flowing, and it’s safe to feel. 💗

As I write this post today, my heart feels deeply full. This past weekend, I spent time with the beautiful children of Heavenly Angels - young souls who have experienced deep emotional wounds and life challenges far beyond their years, yet continue to show incredible resilience and sensitivity.

In a safe and nurturing space, we spoke about life as a precious gift, about emotions as energy in motion, and about the importance of meeting our inner world with compassion rather than harm. While I silently held space through energy healing, my words and shared wisdom were intentionally focused on rewiring the subconscious mind- gently guiding them toward self-love, self-respect, and inner safety.

Through mindfulness, meditation, positive thinking, and forgiveness, we explored ways to release emotional heaviness and cultivate peace of mind. Together, we anchored three affirmations as daily reminders of their worth:
✨ My life is a gift
✨ I am worthy of love and care
✨ I choose kindness towards myself

Witnessing these brave souls open their hearts, share their feelings, and participate so courageously filled me with profound gratitude. Healing begins when we feel seen, held, and reminded - again and again - that we matter.

The Full Moon meditation and energy healing session with the senior residents of Heavenly Palace unfolded in the most gentle, calming, and purifying way. As we gathered together, each beautiful soul present immersed themselves in deep cellular healing, allowing the mind to soften, the body to relax, and the heart to remember its natural radiance.

Surrendering to the Divine Light felt effortless. There was a collective remembering - of joy, of inner glow, of the quiet strength that comes from simply being.

During the spiritual learning segment, I invited the group to reflect on a theme that feels especially relevant as we move through the final phase of the Snake Year - the choice between the love of power and the power of love. It was a quiet yet profound moment of awareness.

The self-reflective journaling that followed opened tender spaces. The seniors gently explored where, over the years, they may have given their power away - often unknowingly.

The energy in the room was palpable. Pure Divine Love flowed freely - unconditional, tender, and deeply healing.

There are moments when my heart feels so full that words fall short… and this past weekend was one of those moments.

Facilitating meditation and energy healing for the children of Heavenly Angels filled me with a deep sense of fulfillment and quiet joy. Watching them gently open to the healing light - feeling vibrations in their bodies, releasing heaviness, grounding into Mother Earth, and resting in a space of calm and inner safety - felt like witnessing grace in its purest form. These moments remind me why this work is sacred

The session naturally unfolded into heartfelt conversations around anger as an emotion, where the children courageously shared their experiences and leaving me in awe of their awareness and emotional maturity blooming so naturally.

I am deeply thankful for the wisdom shared by Shri Anil K. Monga ji, Chairman of DBC Trust, whose gentle guidance around mindful speech, karma, and kindness left a lasting imprint on young hearts. His words beautifully reinforced the power our language holds.

Guided by the divine symbolism of Maa Saraswati - the mala, veena, lotus, and intellect - we together planted seeds of consistency, discipline, purity, wisdom, and conscious choice in the children’s hearts.
