Please note this is a walk in clinic only and NOT A FAMILY DOCTOR ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS .

Address is Unit # 5 , 5511 Manotick Main Street.

**Please note that the clinic’s entrance is through IDA Manotick Place Pharmacy **

Please show up for *registration* at the clinic between 9:30 am and 10:30 am the same day to secure a spot during the day. However, due to our limited availability, showing up does NOT guarantee an appointment, as all spots may be taken.

Don’t forget to bring your *valid health card* (expired cards won’t be accepted) as well as your medication record if available.
