There is nothing like an invigorating walk this time of year. We spend so much time indoors! Be sure to stay hydrated and to dress in layers. For the early morning walk please wear reflective clothing. Here is the Nordic walking schedule for the next week 10-16/11:

Monday morning 10/11 9:30-10:30AM from NECTAR

Wedneday 12/11 9-10AM from the Lindenlea Community Center

Thursday 13/11 6:30-7:30AM from the Lindenlea Community Center

Friday November 14/11 9-10AM from NECTAR

Friday November 14/11 10:30-11:30 from Manor Park Field House

Please let me know if you plan to walk this week. Save the date for December 12, to walk from my house followed by a holiday drop in at my house 10:30-12:00.
