At PHC360, one of our go-to upper-body movements for beginners is the seated high-angle single-arm lat pulldown. 💪✨

It’s a beginner-friendly vertical pull that keeps you supported while you learn how to engage your lats and upper back properly.

Working one arm at a time helps our members build real awareness—maintaining rib-to-pelvis alignment, improving trunk stability, and developing better control through the shoulder blade. This exercise also teaches rib-cage expansion with breath and core stability without any compensations.

Once you build a strong foundation here, our coaches—like Ashna—progress you into more complex variations: half-kneeling, tall-kneeling, and standing single-arm pulldowns that challenge stability, coordination, and strength at new angles.
