April is Stress Awareness Month so all month long we’ll be sharing simple tips, tools, and supplements to help you better manage and reduce stress.

We’re also challenging our members to move more this April. Every Monday, we’re dropping a new weekly movement challenge to our Instagram page.

Participate by sharing your movement to your story, posting about it and tag us… or just let us know how you’re intentionally moving your body when you come in! We want to be able to cheer you on as you build momentum throughout the month.

We’ve also got our Move for Kids charity workout coming up on April 18th.
