Families or Individuals who have suffered from the devastating effects of addiction or trauma can and will recover with the help, guidance and support of a qualified counsellor. My focus is to guide and help you or your loved ones through the emotional fallout and pain of living in turmoil to emotional healing from abuse, depression, panic, anxieties, fears and phobias. My goal is to provide you with the tools to tap your inner resources and develop skills and techniques to create harmony and balance in your everyday life. One of the most valuable tools I use is the Emotional Freedom Technique which brings immediate and amazing results for my clients.

We all need a little time away to regenerate and rejuvenate ... I am so excited to let you know that I am taking some time to do this for myself and for my counselling services. My heart's desire is to be of maximum service to others and to my higher power. In the meantime, I am developing and creating new coaching and training programs and resources to support and help professionals who help others along their journeys. Now is the time to learn and practise new ways to transition and transform our lives in this new world we are living in. The goal is acceptance, surrender, letting go, thriving in challenging times and implementing the courage for these changes.

If an urgent need arises in the interim, please contact me ... I am here to guide and direct you toward resources that may be helpful.
