Some foot fun that I am calling Grounded Strength.
Focused treatment sessions designed to restore natural foot function. We will aim to improve joint movement, build intrinsic foot strength, and enhance balance—helping you move with better control, resilience, and connection to the ground. Better foot function will positively effect your ankles, knees , hips and into the low back.
Initially I started with a 6 week program having participants come into the clinic in a small group.. I love to teach…. we work our feet, we work our balance and we have a lot of fun :)
It’s been a fantastic start … here is my plan moving forward. I love the class setting but it can be a bit rigid for people to commit to 6 weeks in a row at the same time … so I plan to move to a drop in class style. You will be able to choose from different class times through out the week. (I’m still setting up the times)
To make this as smooth as possible… and have people enter the class with basic knowledge…. There will be an Initial Session to assess your foot situation … You will receive treatment ..(loosening up your feet before you start is gold) … then we
will go through a foot / balance “workout” so you know the basics
These sessions really are for anyone that wants better foot, lower body, and back function. Balance is the number one source of injury as we age .. balance comes from the feet up.
