Nick is passionate about helping clients through hands-on therapy and creating personalized treatment plans that suit their needs. He has experience working with a wide range of clients, including athletes and individuals dealing with chronic pain.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, where his love for teamwork and helping others shines through. We’re thrilled to have him join us and know he will be a fantastic addition to our team.

Welcome! At Body+Mind in West-Centertown Ottawa we work to bring the body and mind into harmony by providing deep tissue massage to decrease stress through the release of tissue. Here relaxation and restoration for the body and mind go hand in hand as you enjoy a deep, corrective massage in a warm, inviting environment.

While we are specialists in deep tissue sports massage therapy we welcome new patients of all ages, athletes or non-athletes, those looking for relief from injury or those simply looking for a restorative experience.

Deep Tissue massage has many outstanding benefits, not only for athletes. The techniques we use can break down old scar tissue, relax tight, knotted muscles, and improve muscle length and stretch allowing for a fuller range of movement and comfort.
