Everyone’s income is different and I recognize the need for energy healing services to be affordable & accessible. I aim to open the door wider so that more people can not only begin but also continue their healing journey.

How this all came to be…
After being inspired by another wellness clinic that adopted this same type of structure f

or payment, I thought to myself “What a beautiful way to run a community-centred business!”. And so the seeds for OCEH were planted!

It took me just over 1 year from the time the idea came to me to slowly working on things behind the scenes to make the OCEH come to life. I’ve had the honour of learning from some absolutely AMAZING teachers & other practitioners in the community and it has been such a joy and privilege to begin serving the Ottawa community through energy healing.

As nature bursts into bloom, you’re invited to expand your awareness and step more fully into your own self-expression. Under the energy of this potent moon, we’ll reflect and focus on releasing what no longer serves us, creating space for clarity and what is ready to emerge next in our life.

🌸What to Expect
Sound Healing is a deeply restorative, meditative-like experience where you gently rest while being immersed in calming vibrations from sacred instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and voice. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected back to there inner knowing.

Opening Up Into April 🌱

April arrives on the gentle cusp of spring, carrying with it a vibrant awakening. The earth begins to stir, buds unfurl, and the light grows longer, inviting us to step more fully into life outside of four walls.

We are being asked to put our trust in the steady rhythm of growth, to move with curiosity and openness, and to notice what is asking to be seen.

April encourages us to lift our gaze and welcome the light and feeling its warmth on our skin. This light calls us to nurture our bodies, hearts, and spirits.

As the days grow brighter and life returns with vibrant colours, this is a nudge to remind yourself that growth can be both gentle and powerful. It is not always instantaneous. Like the spring sun coaxing a seedling from the soil, this is a time to awaken, expand, and step into the vitality that is your inner light.

April’s Themes:

Today we welcome the Spring Equinox, a sacred threshold where light and dark sit side by side in perfect balance 🌿✨

During the long winter months, many of us wrapped ourselves in layers. This may have felt like necessary protection and a wise way to move through a season of stillness and introspection. But you may have begun to feel a shift.

The shell you've been holding yourself in wants to crack.
Not all at once. Not forcefully. But gently like the earth softening after the frost.

Spring is the season of steady emergence.

The parts of you that have been resting, waiting, or quietly growing beneath the surface are ready to be seen and acknowledged. You feel yourself begining to loosen your grip on what kept you safe and moving towards trusting the quiet wisdom found deep within.

You don’t have to break yourself wide open right away.

It was truly an honour to offer this Gratitude Sound Bath for such an incredible group — especially the frontline workers who give so much of themselves every day.

Thank you Soul Space Ottawa, for holding such a welcoming and nurturing space and allowing me to bring this offering to those in need of some nurturing.

Gathering together in the heart of winter-breathing, going inwards, and moving through the sounds side by side was deeply nourishing. It was a great reminder of how powerful and supportive community can be, especially when the season asks us to slow down.

Flowing Into February 🤍

February arrives quietly, nestled in the heart of winter. It carries a softer, more inward energy: one that invites us closer to ourselves and to the warmth that sustains us through these coldest days.

This month is not asking for grand gestures or bold declarations. Instead, February offers the medicine of devotion and showing up in small, consistent ways for what truly matters. It reminds us that care, when given with intention, has the power to nourish deeply.

The nights are beginning to feel a little shorter as light slowly begins to work its way back in but winter still holding us firmly, asking us to listen closely to what feels supportive.

February also draws us toward intimacy: with ourselves, with our inner landscapes, and with the connections that feel safe. Like tending a hearth, this is a time to cultivate warmth, comfort, and security, allowing the quiet glow of our inner fire to remain steady and sustain us. Still feeling the glow from Friday night 💫💖

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with me for the birthday pajama party sound bath. Gathering together with open hearts and in our comfiest clothes felt like the most perfect way to mark another year.

We explored the energies of of the angel number 33 as well as the themes of celebration and joy — not as something to earn or perform but as something we’re allowed to sink into simply by being alive. The laughter, the vibrations, the togetherness… it all felt deeply nourishing.

I’m so grateful for this community and for each of you who showed up exactly as you are. My heart is very full 🤍 Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Stepping Into January! A new year ahead 🌲🕯❄

January has arrived like a deep breath after the turning of the year. There is no rush here rather an invitation to rest more fully into yourself and trust the slower rhythm that winter offers us.

The beginning of the year does not need to be about resolutions, strict goals, or charging ahead at full speed. This month holds the wisdom of fallow time, a sacred pause where nothing needs to be forced or figured out. The earth is still resting beneath the frosty snow, and so are we. What may feel like stillness or waiting is an opportunity for nourishment.

January invites us to loosen our grip on expectation and speed, remembering who we are beneath the noise of the world. It's calling us back to what is essential, encouraging movement rooted in ease rather than effort, trusting that clarity will arrive in its own time.

Let this be a month of gentleness and listening. Rest is not a detour from growth but rather a part of it.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve felt a gentle and steady call to cultivate more quiet and stillness in my life and to create space to listen more deeply to the soft inner voice that guides me. This has meant being less present to things like social media and rather allowing myself to move at a slower and more intentional pace. It has felt like an inward gathering and a quiet realignment of energy as the Winter Solstice approached.

This season reminds us that stillness and darkness are not something to rush through or resist. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night, a sacred pause where nothing is forced and everything is held in quiet reverence. We are invited to wait and to sit with this blanket of darkness, to trust the unseen, and allow rest and reflection to do their work.

In this space of waiting, something subtle yet profound is unfolding. Roots deepen and clarity begins to form. When the light starts its return, it does so slowly and with purpose, reminding us that even in the deepest stillness, life is quietly preparing to rise again.

I feel a shift, a sense of renewal beginning to stir. A new cycle is forming beneath the surface of my life, not yet fully visible or totally understood, but deeply felt. I am excited for the year ahead and all the magic it will bring.

May you too connect with the energy of the Winter Solstice. Honouring exactly where you are at on your journey through life. Resting when needed. Releasing what feels complete. Trusting the slow and steady return of light and the clarity it is sure to bring.
