5 simple tips...

For the Float Rookie.

🐳 Don't eat or drink too much before your float. 2 hours minimum wait after a big meal for a comfortable float experience, and hydrate well after your float.

🐳 Shower in lukewarm water before entering the pod - not too hot as you might feel cold after. The tank water is heated at skin temperature.

🐳 Avoid touching your face in the tank! Salt in the eyes is not fun! (If it does happen though... there's usually a handy fresh water spray bottle in the tank, to rinse the salt away).

🐳 Don't overthink it. Floating is different everytime, so don't expect too much from your first try. Go with an open mind, and know that the conditions of the tank will help you to relax, however you need it at the time.

🐳 Don't worry about floating! No effort required: the high density of Epsom salts will take care of you being perfectly buoyant.
