As we close out 2025, we're thrilled to share our Employee Volunteering in Action Year in Review.

This year offered important lessons about what makes employee volunteering meaningful. When opportunities are co-created with community partners and designed with care, corporate volunteering becomes more than a one-day activity. It becomes a way for employees to engage thoughtfully with the communities where they live and work.

Through 30 activations across Canada, employees supported community-identified priorities ranging from food security to community care and environmental stewardship. These efforts were shaped by partnership, planning, and a shared commitment to relevance and accessibility.

We are looking ahead to 2026 with a continued focus on quality, learning, and long-term community impact. Partner with Volunteer Canada to deliver community-based employee volunteering programs through trusted charity partnerships and expert project management.

Alors que 2025 touche à sa fin, nous sommes ravis de partager notre année en r***e sur le bénévolat des employés en action.

Cette année a mis en lumière ce qui rend le bénévolat des employés réellement porteur de sens. Lorsque les occasions sont co-créées avec des partenaires communautaires et soigneusement planifiées, le bénévolat corporatif devient bien plus qu’une activité ponctuelle : il permet aux employés de s’engager de façon réfléchie dans les communautés où ils vivent et travaillent.

À travers 30 activations partout au Canada, les employés ont soutenu des priorités identifiées par les communautés allant de la sécurité alimentaire aux soins communautaires et à la gérance environnementale. Ces efforts ont été façonnés par le partenariat, la planification et un engagement commun envers la pertinence et l’accessibilité.

En regardant vers 2026, nous demeurons concentrés sur la qualité, l’apprentissage et l’impact communautaire à long terme. Collaborez avec Bénévoles Canada pour offrir des programmes de bénévolat des employés ancrés dans les communautés, grâce à des partenariats caritatifs de confiance et une gestion de projet experte.

Thank you to the TD Canada employees who volunteered at Santa’s Workshop with Holiday Helpers Canada in Mississauga. The team helped assemble holiday packages to support 15 families across the GTA.

Holiday Helpers supports low-income families with personalized Christmas packages made up of essential items and meaningful gifts.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this meaningful initiative as we wrap up a jam-packed year of employee volunteering activations.

Merci aux employés de la TD Canada qui ont fait du bénévolat à l’atelier du Père Noël avec Holiday Helpers Canada à Mississauga. L’équipe a aidé à assembler des paniers des Fêtes pour soutenir 15 familles dans la région du Grand Toronto.

Holiday Helpers soutient les familles à faible revenu avec des colis de Noël personnalisés composés d’articles essentiels et de cadeaux significatifs.
