Core Connections Physiotherapy was founded in 2011. We are a community-based physiotherapy clinic in the heart of Westboro, Ottawa.

Pre & postnatal physiotherapy;
Orthopaedic manual physiotherapy;
Physiotherapy for adults of 60 years;
Group Classes, Workshops & Webinars. We are a dedicated group of physiotherapists that are working closely as a team, striving to provide beyond excellence in hands-on treatment, education, exercise. We provide physiotherapy services for people with pelvic floor conditions, pre & post-natal conditions, orthopaedic conditions, arthritis, oncology and conditions that are common to seniors over 60 years. We aim to understand the root "driver" of the problem and the inter-connectedness of the musculoskeletal, neural, pelvic floor and visceral systems. Through our exercise programs, we aim to give our clients the tools they need to manage their condition and to live mindful, healthy, active lives. Join our Classes, Workshops and Webinars!
