🚫 Hit the Mental Reset Button: The Power of “Cancel, Cancel”! 🚫
We all have that sneaky inner voice—the one that whispers, “You can’t,” “You’re not ready,” or “It’s too hard.” That’s your limiting belief speaking, and it’s time to take control!
The instant you notice one of these negative, self-sabotaging thoughts pop into your head, try this simple, powerful mental technique: Say “Cancel, Cancel!”

• Why it works: Saying “Cancel, Cancel” out loud (or forcefully in your mind) is a thought disruptor. It acts like hitting the delete button on your mental keyboard. It breaks the momentum of the negative thought, preventing it from spiraling and taking root.

• The Next Step: Immediately follow “Cancel, Cancel” with a positive, empowering replacement thought. For example, if you think, “I’ll fail at this,” you say, “Cancel, Cancel! I am learning and getting better every day.”

• Train Your Brain: Consistently using this technique helps you create a new neuro-pathway. You’re teaching your brain that negative self-talk is not the destination, but a detour that needs to be instantly rerouted to a positive, productive thought.

Feeling overwhelmed? It happens. When your energy feels scattered, it’s a sign to pause and reset. Here are a few simple ways to get back to center.

Three Practices to Realign
• The Two-Minute Reset: Find a quiet spot. Close your eyes and simply notice what you hear, smell, and feel. This simple act of grounding stops the spiral of overwhelm.

• Release Breath: Breathe in deeply, hold for a second, then let out a sigh or a sharp exhale. Repeat three times to release tension and worry.

• The Body Check-In: Stand up and gently stretch. As you move, ask your body, “What do I need?” Listen to its simple answer.

Three Affirmations for Calm
• “I am enough.”
• “I am in control of my calm.”
• “I release what is not mine to carry.”

Three Journaling Prompts for Clarity
• What’s one small thing I can do for myself today to feel lighter?
• Where am I holding stress in my body?
