Physio Optimum is now providing video physiotherapy!

If you are in pain, if you would like an ergonomic assessment of your at-home workstation, gym, and any other space, or if you were previously receiving physiotherapy; Physio Optimum has the tools to help you!

Via our virtual sessions we can conduct assessments, provide treatment feedback, suggest and demonstrate specific exercises and techniques to reduce your pain and maintain your health.

Many extended insurance plans, such as Manulife, Sunlife, Great West Life and Blue Cross, now accept video conferences for physiotherapy.
