Our practice serves individuals, couples and groups in meeting clients' personal and therapeutic goals. We specialize in addictive/compulsive behaviour such as substance use, disordered eating and s*x. We have a great deal of experience in helping those with depression, anxiety, anger management, childhood trauma and PTSD, as well as issues around separation and loss.
