Job Opening, start immediately @ Blackburn Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

Physiotherapy clinic is looking to hire a Receptionist / Office assistant full-time 32-37 hrs/wk (Mon-Fri) .
We have been caring for the Ottawa/Gatineau community since 1990. We are a multidisciplinary clinic that focuses on patient care with compassion and dignity. We are looking for a good team player who is warm, caring, and compassionate to join our team.

Role and Duties (including, but not limited to)
• Reception tasks (greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling, patient data handling, and other clerical duties)
• Sanitization and maintenance (sanitizing, vacuuming, laundry, etc.)
• Assisting Physiotherapists and patients
• Miscellaneous/Others

The Candidate must have:
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual an asset, but not a must)
• Computer and Organizational Skills
• Proactive, quick-learning and hard working
• Must be able to work on your feet for longer lengths of time

Selected candidate will be trained according to the requirements and needs.

Salary will be $18. per hour.

Custom orthotics are for more than just foot pain. Foot biomechanics play an immense role in how the whole body moves and functions. Problems such as low back pain, patellar tendonitis, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and many other problems can all be the direct result of improper foot function. Did you know that we now bill insurance companies directly? You can leave the claims and payment details to us, and focus on your recovery! We deal with most of the big guys like Great West Life, Manulife and Sun Life (certain plans), and quite a few of the smaller companies too.
