ÉTAPE 1 : Nettoyer
Lavez votre visage avec un nettoyant doux.
Essuyez bien votre peau en tapotant. Elle doit être sèche avant l’application du rétinol.

ÉTAPE 2 : Première couche hydratante (mince)
Appliquez une fine couche de votre hydratant habituel.
Il agit comme barrière pour atténuer l’intensité du rétinol.

En option : Attendez quelques minutes pour que la peau absorbe le produit.

ÉTAPE 3 : Appliquer le rétinol
Appliquez votre rétinol ou rétinoïde. La grosseur d’un pois suffit pour tout le visage.
Évitez les paupières, les lèvres et les narines.

⭐ Astuce : Appliquez par petites touches, puis étalez uniformément.

ÉTAPE 4 : Deuxième couche hydratante
Recouvrez le rétinol d’une deuxième couche d’hydratant.

Cela contribue à réduire l’irritation tout en conservant l’hydratation.

ÉTAPE 5 : Demain matin : FPS au menu!
Comme votre peau sera plus sensible aux rayons du soleil, appliquez toujours un écran solaire muni d’un FPS 30+ le lendemain.

BEFORE AND AFTER BOTOX 💉RESULTS

Ending the week with a great Before and After Neurotoxin Transformation.

This young woman visited me with the goal of 💉softening her frown and forehead lines, which were becoming more prominent and permanent.

Shown here are her before and 2 weeks post treatment pictures.

A total of 42 units were used.

Still looks 100% like herself.
Her frown and forehead lines responded extremely well.
No peaks.
No drops.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY

Here are the Before and After results of a pan facial neuromodulator treatment in a 30 year old woman.

This patient was both new to my practice and to injectables. Her goals were to look more refreshed, natural (always), to prevent further worsening of her forehead lines and define her jawline.

After discussing her goals and analysing her facial features and movements, we decided to treat her Frown, Forehead, Jawline and Platysma Bands.

I wanted to share these results if only to demonstrate that even in a younger patient, and even in individuals who already look young, the results can be quite remarkable. It not necessarily about making one look younger. Often it'a about symmetry, opening the eyes, reshaping the brows...

In her post treatment pictures, my young patients looks brighter, more alert and her skin quality has improved. The shape of her brows is also more arched and feminine in all facial expressions and most noticeable when she frowns and raises her brows.
I also love how her treatment has positively transformed her face when she smiles.

What a weekend!
I’m both energized and exhausted but in the most positive way possible.

Yesterday, I took part of the 10k run at the .
One of my best run ever. Maybe not in time. I ran faster 20 years ago. And I’m ok with that because my reasons to run at 59 are not the same as when I was 39.
But in terms of how good and calm I felt, how strong I finished, and how happy I was during the entire run, this was definitively a win for me.

Such a fun and inspiring event.
The energy from the crowd was contagious.
And both my home and work family cheered for me and sent me texts every km as I ran, which gave me a extra boost of energy I needed.
I smiled the entire 10K!

Today, I went back, this time to cheer my son and one of our shining star from our team, , both running their very first half-marathon (21k).
They both rocked it! Whohoo!

I ran back and forth to catch them as they started, as they finished and they passed the Dermapure/ Project Skin Boot on Sussex.
We had sunscreens to give away, a live DJ, cattle bells, motivational signs and words of encouragements for everyone that passed by us.

If you were a half-marathon or full marathon runner today, you may have seen a delirious women cheering, jumping up and down, dancing, holding a ‘’YOU ARE AMAZING’’ sign and making noise with a cattle bell as you passed that booth.
That was me. LOL

Thank you for making this event such a success and for being so supportive.

Sharing some recent Before and After Neurotoxin treatment pictures.
My weekly pick 👩‍⚕️💕.

This lovely new patient to my practice, was looking to soften her "11".

Her wish was to stay natural looking and to maintain some facial movements.

After reviewing her goals we opted to only treat her frown and forehead on this first visit. Although, I prefer as a rule to include the crow's feet area when treating the upper face, they are instances when exception is the rule and this was such a case. It's important to me that everyone receives a customized treatment that fits their goals, desired end results and budget.
