If you are applying for refugee status in Canada, you’re likely to have a hearing at the Immigration and Refugee Board. In an IRB hearing, a Board member will ask you questions. This can be scary, but we can help make it easier. We prepare clients mentally ahead of time, and provide them with a detailed report so that the board member can understand what symptoms can affect claimants ability to testify. We also recommend accommodations as well.
