Mental awareness starts within!
When I was a kid I had lots of dreams, but being a body movement coach wasn’t one of them. Looking back at my life made me notice that practicing yoga, and training were always a big part of it.
I was born with a flexible body, and a great ability in simplifying body movements. These two things were the main source of motivation that kept bringing me up when it was hard to do so!
It brought me joy and happiness to move and train. I felt so much better after every time I had a practice or a workout, or simply just by stretching.
Maybe I was lucky to be born flexible, and I’m sure lots of us are lucky in one way or another, But if you can’t see it then what’s the point?
My entire life I chased dreams that makes other people see me happy, or for the external image of my life to look happy, because sometimes it’s all what we know or were taught.
You have to do this, and you need to have this, and maybe be like this to be happy…. It’s like everyone around you knows what makes you happy but you.
If you find yourself doing things just to please others, or chasing other people’s dreams, it might be time to find yours!
I never found true happiness till I committed to one dream and one reality, the one that makes me happy.
I hope that everyone with good intentions and a clear mind can find that dream that makes them happy, and commit to making it their reality.
