Are you a leader in the field who knows how to keep a site safe, organized, and moving? ARX Fencing and Logistics Inc. is looking for a Road Closure Supervisor to join our team in Carp, Ontario!

As a key leader in our operations, you won’t just be managing traffic—you’ll be overseeing site safety for some of the region's most high-profile construction and event sites.

The Details:
- 📍 Location: Based in Carp, ON (Serving Eastern Ontario)
- 💰 Pay: $24 – $27 / hour
- 🗓️ Status: Full-Time Availability

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and direct traffic control personnel on-site.
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle road closures/traffic control devices (Book 7 compliance).
- Coordinate directly with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth operations.

What You Need:
- Proven experience in traffic control, flagging, or construction leadership.
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Book 7 / Ontario Traffic Control Certification.
-Ability to lead a crew in all weather conditions.

What an incredible, colorful weekend in Ottawa’s Chinatown! 🧧✨

ARX Fencing & Logistics was proud to be on-site managing the road closures for the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration. It was a privilege to help create a safe space for the community to gather right under the iconic Chinatown Arch. 🐉
