Your weekly rhythm of breath and reset. Two distinct sessions designed to support the natural flow of your week - one to rise, one to release.
Class 1 is Monday mornings at 6:15am | A 50 minute breathwork and mobility practice ⚡️
Start your week with intention. This class blends functional breathwork with movement and mobility practices designed to unlock your breath from the inside out. We’ll focus on opening up the ribs, spine, and strengthening the diaphragm. Key areas that influence how well you breathe and how freely you move. With guided breathwork, visualization, and meditation, you’ll settle the nervous system, expand your breathing capacity, and set a clear tone for the week ahead. Expect a grounding, full body reset that leaves you feeling clear, open, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
Class 2 is Wednesday evenings at 6pm | 60 minute breathwork and fascial release class ☁️
Mid week reset. This breathwork class is designed to awaken your spirit and release any tension, stress or anxiety that’s built up. Expect gentle movement, fascial release and to flow through different breathwork patterns to balance the nervous system and prepare you for a restful sleep.
Classes begin August 18th and will be FREE TO TRY for the first two weeks. Booking is open on our website and app to reserve your spot 🙏
